Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in San Diego. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
