Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fresno producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
