Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Amberfield Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
