Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
