Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
