Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
