Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Amberfield Granite Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
