Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Ivory Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Tucson with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
