Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
