Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Wren Telecom Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
