Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Summit Oak Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on client files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
