Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Clearpath Wren Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
