Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Cedar Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client sites and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
