Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory filings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
