Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Clearpath Bridge Facilities is a facilities company in New Orleans with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
