Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Sable Financial Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
