Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Harborlight Field Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
