Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Mill Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
