Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Cedar Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Hartford, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 376 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
