Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Summit Quill Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
