Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sable Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
