Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
