Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Cedar Junction Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan applications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
