Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Silverline Ridge Staffing is a Richmond staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 402 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
