Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Northwind Quill Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
