Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Redstone Glen Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
