Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Keystone Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
