Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Little Rock region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 496 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
