Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in certifications and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on equipment calibration. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
