Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove Quarry Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
