Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
