Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
