Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
