Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on donor records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
