Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Meridian Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Wichita, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
