Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Summit Oak Foods Group is a Colorado Springs food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer specifications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
