Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Miami region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
