Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Haven Auto Group is a Miami company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in parts orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on warranty claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
