Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Foods is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on ingredient orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
