Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Nova Field Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
