Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Harborlight Beacon Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Denver, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
