Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove Pike Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Milwaukee, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
