Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Denver, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We invest in training. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
