Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Drift Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
