Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove Bright Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Miami and nearby communities. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
