Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Timber Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around El Paso. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in online orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
