Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Richmond area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
