Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge North Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
