Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Northwind Fox Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Atlanta caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
