Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove Glen Legal Group is a law firm in Boston serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
